    Onboarding is designed to be quick and straightforward. After you create your account, we’ll reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss your goals and current situation so your experience can be personalized. This conversation doesn’t take long at all.
  • What happens after I create an account?
    Once your account is set up, you’ll receive access to the FinancializeIt! platform, which is where you’ll find the courses, planning resources, and tools. You’ll also be guided through the next steps to get connected with your dedicated advisor so you can begin building your financial plan.
  • How often can I meet with my advisor?
    You’ll have ongoing access to your own licensed advisor, with the ability to meet whenever needed (we recommend a minimum of at least once a quarter). Many people choose to connect more often when they’re navigating new decisions, changes in income, or major life events.
  • Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time. There’s no long-term commitment, and you’ll continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.
